When you buy jewelry online from us, we are so sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase that, unlike many competitors, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee** on anything you buy online. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry simply return your purchase to us within 14 days, and we will refund thepurchase price. We can only accept returns or exchanges that are received back within 21 days of the invoice date. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back any merchandise. To return any jewelry item, please email customer service or call us at 1-877-NAMECHARM (1-877-626-3242) for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your online purchase, please include a copy of your invoice and write the R.A. number on the outside of the package. Include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two employees who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 21 days of the invoice/order buy date and is in new, resalable condition. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment i.e. your credit card or PayPal account.

One Year Limited Warranty

All jewelry purchased online from NameJewelry.com is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. If any jewelry item that you buy fails within that period of time, NameJewelry.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious stones, semi-precious stones, and synthetic stones are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $25 will be charged to the customer. Due to variations of stones, gold weight, and polishing, the dimensions, carat sizes and weights for each jewelry piece may very slightly from the original (+/-10%).

Shipping

We know that timely shipping is important to customers who buy jewelry online. We are committed to shipping your order by the time given with each item, however, unless requested to do otherwise, all jewelry in your order will leave at the same time, therefore, the shipping time of you order will reflect the greatest shipping time of the entire order. If an item is out of stock when you buy, you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

All orders are shipped fully insured at no additional cost. If there are any shortages, or if you feel that your package was tampered with, please call customer service at 1-877-NAMECHARM (1-877-626-3242). It is important that you save all original packaging materials in order for us to quickly process your claim. Shipments are F.O.B. Taxes, duty and import fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
A 7.75% sales tax will be added on all orders shipped within Nevada.

We only charge your credit card when your order ships. However, if your order is a “custom made” item or if the item ordered requires more than 24 hours to ship, your credit card may be charged prior to shipping.

All shipping addresses are fully verified. Additionally, our security department may contact you prior to shipping to verify all or part of your shipping address. The billing address we receive from you must match your credit card statement billing address exactly or your order will not be processed.
